Ten years ago, Amy walked into a room and made a decision that disappointed many people in her life. She said yes to leading an engineering team to scale a technology platform to 165 countries. She was a Chartered Accountant who had never written a single line of code in her life.

What Amy learned in that role changed how she sees the world. Scaling teams is far harder than scaling technology. She began to see herself less as a leader of technology and more as the chief systems designer, and she witnessed firsthand that the ultimate role of a CTO is architectural. Great CTOs build architecture in both code and culture.

With 20 years leading digital transformation across senior financial and engineering roles, Amy saw a critical gap. Business leaders and engineering teams used language as a wall instead of a bridge. She became obsessed with the concept of translation, breaking down barriers so organisations could flourish.

With an MBA (cum laude) and currently pursuing a PhD in AI and Organisational Psychology, Amy founded ARCHITECH because she saw how few people understood the deep work of transforming organisations for the AI economy. AI isn't just a technology upgrade. It is the most fundamental organisation redesign of our time. It requires architecting human and machine intelligence to work as collaborative engines.
