As an executive producer and talk show host, Redi has earned a reputation for her unique ability to combine empathy with authority, making her one of the most respected voices in journalism. With a career that spans decades, Redi has covered critical issues ranging from gender-based violence to global political developments, often using her position to advocate for social justice and equality.
Thlabi is not only celebrated for her work in media but also for her literary contributions. Her memoir, Endings and Beginnings, won the prestigious Alan Paton Award, while her second book, a bestseller about Fezekile Kuzwayo, has garnered multiple award nominations.
