Pieter Geldenhuys is used as a futurist and strategist on the global stage by some of the world’s leading business schools, such as the London Business School, Cornell and North-Western University.

His recent clients include the Governments of Oman (Vision 2040) and Saudi Arabia, as well as the boards of ADNOC, NBB and EDB banks in Bahrain. He has also provided workshops on Agentic AI adoption to companies such as Adobe, Visa, Ooredoo, SBC, Vodafone, Palo Alto Networks, Omantel, UBS, DP World, City of Cape Town, LTI Mindtree, ABSA and EG Bank.

As a public speaker, he has made more than 2,000 radio and over 3,000 public appearances, speaking to audiences in more than 30 countries. He is the author of Headlines from the Future.

He was the previous Technology Strategy Advisor to the CEO of Vodacom. He is a nominated member of the South African Academy of Science and Arts, a former Chairman of the ATKV, and a board member of various companies within South Africa.

He is the Founder and Director of the Institute for Technology Strategy and Innovation (ITSI), through which he and his team have guided over 4,000 students and more than 150 innovation projects across the technology sector in Europe, India, the Middle East and Africa.
