Fifteen years later, he has built commercial engines across three continents: Director of Industry & Value Advisory at SAP Africa, a R1.8Bn Financial Services P&L at BCX, and business value engineering across South-East Asia, the Middle East and Africa at IFS. Most recently, Mpho served as Chief Growth Officer at Gijima, leading commercial growth and strategy across a R2Bn+ portfolio spanning banking, insurance, retail, mining and public services.

The results: 3x average deal size, 2.7x win rate, +22% EBITDA, R850M+ closed, and teams of 160+.

But numbers aren't why Mpho does this. Every boardroom in Africa is being sold AI.
