Mlamuli Mbambo is the bestselling author and an award-winning international speaker. Mlamuli is a Brand South Africa Play Your Part Ambassador advocating for a financially literate and inclusive Africa. He is the co-founder and managing director of Money Fundi, a company that specializes in financial education training. Money Fundi has worked with companies such as Deloitte, De Beers, Allan Gray, Anglo American, Banking Association South Africa, Santam, Metropolitan, Absa, Standard Bank, University of Pretoria, University of Free State, Johannesburg School of Business (UJ), Rosebank College, Moshal Scholarship Foundation, Empower Youth, South 32, National Mentorship Movement, Curro Schools, National Youth Development Agency, United Arab Emirates Embassy, South African Defence Force and many more.

He has been honoured as one of the Mail & Guardian Top 200 Young South Africans, Junior Chamber International (JCI) Ten Outstanding Young Persons of South Africa, and Inside Education Top 100 South African Shining Stars for his work in changing financial destinies through financial education. Selected as one of twenty young African thought leaders to attend the Tokyo International Conference for African Development.

Mlamuli holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from the University of KwaZulu – Natal, six sigma white belt certification and a business analyst certification from FTI. He has previously worked at Standard Bank and Sanlam.
