Puseletso’s unique approach blends mind-body techniques such as cognitive therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and mindfulness, creating a comprehensive journey toward personal transformation.
Her passion for helping others is deeply rooted in her own experiences overcoming significant challenges, including the mother wound and sexual abuse.
