Aki founded The Leadership LaunchPad, your customer experience “Guide on the Side”, nearly four decades ago and has since spoken at hundreds of conferences for global blue-chip clients. He’s also a self-proclaimed “closet academic” and lectures at various business schools both locally and internationally.

His value lies in combining marketing expertise with behavioural science and psychology to help individuals and organisations create hundreds of value innovations that build customer loyalty and long-term success.
